Making an inquiry does not oblige the user or any other person to sign any contract and does not give the right to demand a contract, including reservation, preliminary purchase, or purchase agreements. Users acknowledge that a pre-reservation (non-binding reservation valid for 3 days) is only effective once confirmed by the seller via email. A binding reservation requires a personal meeting with the seller and signing a written reservation agreement.
